At Cart & Carry, we strive to ensure a seamless and satisfactory experience for our users. This Refund Policy outlines how refunds are processed and managed. By using the Cart & Carry App, you agree to the terms of this policy.
Refunds may be issued in the following cases:
Cancelled Orders: If an order is canceled before it is processed or dispatched.
Incorrect Orders: If the delivered items do not match the order placed.
Damaged or Defective Items: If the delivered items are damaged, defective, or unusable.
Non-Delivery: If the order is not delivered within the promised timeframe.
All refund amounts will be credited to the customer’s Cart & Carry Wallet within the App.
The refunded amount can be used for future orders on the App.
Cart & Carry does not process cash refunds under any circumstances.
Refunds will only be issued as wallet credits.
To request a refund:
Go to the Order History section in the App.
Select the order for which you want a refund.
Click on Request Refund and provide the reason for the refund.
Our support team will review your request and process the refund if eligible.
Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days after approval.
The refunded amount will reflect in your Cart & Carry Wallet once processed.
Refunds will not be issued for orders canceled after the item has been dispatched or delivered.
Refunds will not be issued for perishable items (e.g., fresh groceries) unless they are damaged or defective.
